Les connecteurs 35 broches ont été cassés lors du transport. Ils ont été recollé avec de la super glue. Les variateurs ont été testés avec un moteur ME2401 sous 72VDC.

Ces variateurs sont issus de la vente du stock de sociétés en cessation d'activité. Ils sont neufs. Chaque variateur est testé individuellement. Vous trouverez ainsi :

L'objectif de ce projet est de réaliser une réplique d'une voiture Peugeot 203 échelle 2/3.
Le 24 octobre 2025. Voici une photo des pièces réalisées. Le travail actuel est focalisé sur l'essieu arrière afin de pouvoir mettre la voiture sur ses roues et faire les premiers essais de traction.
Ce modèle réduit est motorisé avec un moteur HEINZMANN PMS120.
Un premier paramétrage du variateur SEVCON GEN4 48V 450A a été réalisé avec succès grâce à l'aide de Xavier R.

Following on from the article on a dual engine mount, this article examines the assembly of a boat transmission mount with a bearing housing (on the left) and a boat transmission mount with bearings in bearings (on the right), using 220 mm long aluminium spacers.
This principle is based on two electrification kits for boats with the 15kW ME1616 motor and the SEVCON GEN4 48V 650A controller.
The semi-internal chain coupling must be installed on the bearing housing side.
The 220 mm long aluminium spacers must be installed on the support with the bearing housing.
The controller plate must be transferred from the second transmission support to the previously installed spacers.
The motor plate from the second transmission support can then be reinstalled and the 30 mm stainless steel shaft pushed into place on the bearing housing shaft.
Caution: reverse the order in which the spacers are tightened so that the second HV500 relay support is horizontal.
Once the 30 mm stainless steel pin is flush with the bearing housing pin, tighten the Taper Lock on the chain coupling.
Install the two 50mm-wide belt transmissions, remembering to fit the keys on the shaft.
Install the for the propeller shaft.
The two transmission mounts are thus joined together, and we benefit from the axial load capacity of approximately 3 tonnes of the bearing housing.
The following list of materials will therefore be required:
- 2 x Boat electrification kit 48V 650A with a 12kW ME1616 motor;
- 1 x Transmission bracket for E220 AM222 boat, 30 mm stainless steel shaft;
- 1 x Transmission bracket for E220 222 mm boat, 30 mm stainless steel shaft;
- 2 x 222 mm 28-56 transmission pack with 50 mm HTD belt;
- 6 x Aluminium threaded spacer, diameter 30mm, length 220mm, M10;
- 1 x Solid stainless steel shaft, 30mm, length 500mm, machined with 8mm keys;
- 1 x 08B2 chain coupling for 19mm to 40mm shafts, semi-internal mounting;
- 1 x Complete flexible coupling with TP008 30mm clamps.

Ce nouveau moteur à aimant permanent ME2401 PMSM est un moteur spécialement conçu pour s'adapter sur les réducteurs différentiels COMEX utilisés sur les TWIZY 45 ou TWIZY 80 et convient parfaitement pour un petit véhicule ou voiture électrique.
Il est mécaniquement identique au ME1504. Le moteur ME2401 dispose du même bobinage que le ME1905 (ME1507) et le ME1616.
Associé à un variateur SEVCON GEN4 48V 650A, le ME2401 pourrait dévelloper jusqu'a 154 Nm !
Dans la pratique, le couple maximal à l'entrée du réducteur COMEX impose une limitation du couple du moteur ME2401.
ME2401 - A new 20kW motor for differential gearboxes
This new ME2401 PMSM permanent-magnet motor is specially designed to fit COMEX differential gearboxes used on TWIZY 45 or TWIZY 80, and is ideal for a small vehicle or electric car.
It is mechanically identical to the ME1504. The ME2401 motor has the same winding as the ME1905 (ME1507) and ME1616.
Combined with a SEVCON GEN4 48V 650A controller, the ME2401 can deliver up to 154 Nm!
In practice, the maximum torque at the COMEX gearbox input means that the ME2401 motor torque must be limited.
